Once your account has been activated you can begin using the Parallel dashboard. Please see below instructions on how to get your account set up with Parallel Markets.
Note! Please make sure you are under the company profile and not your own individual account by clicking on the arrow on the left-side.
Adding New Users
To add new users:
- Head to Settings → Access
- Scroll down to ADD USER section
- Fill in information and click “Add User”
All user role options are explained on the right-hand side.
Updating Company Details
To update the company details, head to Settings → Profile. From there you can update the Name, Business Type, upload a new Logo or a Hero file.
Please make sure the logo that you are trying to upload is a PNG or JPG file less than 5 MB in size. Image dimensions of 172px x 172px (1:1) will yield the best result.
For hero files, the file must be a PNG or JPG file less than 5 MB in size. Image dimensions of 1500px x 250px (6:1) will yield the best result.
Setting Up 2-Step Verification
In order to utilize all platform functionality and access all data, you must set up 2-step verification.

Finding Your Bridge Link(s)
To access your bridge link(s):
- Head to Settings → Integrations & Export
- Open tab under the “Javascript Clients” section
- Copy/paste the Redirect URI
If you do not have any bridge link(s) enabled and would like to have them set it up for you, please reach out to success@parallelmarkets.com to request a bridge page.
Setting Up Email Notifications
You can choose who receives notifications from Parallel Markets and from which bridge link. To add/remove the email addresses for/from email notifications:
- Head to Settings → Integrations & Export
- Open tab under the “Javascript Clients” section
- Add/remove email address to/from the email address field
Adding API Keys
To generate the API keys:
- Head to Settings → Integrations & Export
- Click on “”+ Add API Key”
- Follow the instructions
Adding Webhooks
To add webhooks:
- Head to Settings →Integrations & Export
- Click on “”+ Add Webhook”
- Follow the instructions
Exporting Data
“Admin” or “Controller” role users can download exports from the database. To read more about exporting data, please see the support article on Exports.
