Dashboard users can compare potential duplicate records side by side in a dedicated dialog box, making it easier to assess and resolve duplicates accurately.
We provide a step-by-step guide within the dialog to help users manually resolve confirmed duplicates.
Enhanced Detection
Our enhanced duplicate detection system detects record duplicates during new entry creation, whether creation is done manually, via API, or through CSV import. When a duplicate is detected, you'll see a notification box with "Review" and "Resolve" buttons.
While the "Confirm" button currently has no effect, the "Dismiss" button will hide the duplicate and prevent it from appearing again in the future.
Note! This milestone does not include automated merging - for now it is a manual process of editing one record and archiving another.
